Sonia Banks - Branch Registered Manager in Goring

Sonia Joined Coastal in April 2014 when our Worthing Branch first opened  ,Sonia has worked in Care for 26 Years ,She started her career as a carer in Residential then moved into Domiciliary care within West Sussex County Council & progressed into Senior Carer then onto being a Registered manager ,Sonia has been in management now for over 8 years

Sonia has gained her Level 2 & 3 in General Health & Social care ,NVQ Level 3 in Care ,Level 4 in Management (which is now the 5 ) NVQ 3 In medication ,Infection Prevention & control Champion ,Train the Trainer


Paige Young - Supervisor in Goring office

Paige Joined Coastal Homecare in March 2016, Has been working in care for 7 years, previously as a carer then supervisor before joining Coastal.  Paige has achieved Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care . Train the trainer  in Moving and Handling and Medication.


Brandon Coote - Trainee Administrator in Goring office

Brandon joined Coastal in August 2017 as a admin apprentice ,He is at present currently studying for Customer Service Practitioner award  Level 2

Laura Stanyer -Registered Manager in Hove Office

Laura joined Coastal in September 2016

Laura has been in working in the care industry the last 16 years ,predominantly in domiciliary care

 Laura has worked as a care worker, Field Care Supervisor, care co-ordinator, trainer and now registered manager.

 Laura has been managing domiciliary care services since 2013

 

 

 


Carrie Stone - Registered Manager - Burgess Hill Office

Carrie joined Coastal in  May 2012  ,Carrie has worked in care for 15 years

Carrie has achieved NVQ 3 health and social care and NVQ 4 and RM award in health and social care

 

 

 

 


Rachel Cannon - Care Coordinator / Supervisor - Burgess Hill office

Rachel has worked in the care industry for 3 years. She is currently studying towards her QCF level 5 in health & social care..

Rachel joined us in 2018 and has previously worked as a Carer and Supervisor. Prior to working in the care sector, Rachel was employed within the retail sector for over 10 years.


Rebeka Kirby-Co-Ordinator UHCS and Home First service in Hove Office

Rebeka has been working in Domiciliary Care for 9 years now, Rebeka have worked as a carer, a supervisor and I currently manage our Urgent Homecare and Homefirst Service.

Rebeka Is am currently working towards my CQF level 5.

Rebeka has been with Coastal since December 2014

 

 

 

 

 


Jacqueline Bazin-Home care Supervisor in Hove Office

Jacqueline has been working in the care industry for the last 30 years. She worked a Care Worker for 6 years, Care Co-ordinator for 10 years and for the last 14 years she have been working as a Supervisor. Jacqueline finds her role very rewarding and enjoys supporting people in the community and meeting people from all walks of life.

 

 


Stewart Tranah-Co Ordinator in Hove Office

Stewart has previously been caring for family members for a number of years ,Stewart joined Coastal working on the Urgent Home Care Service and gained promotion within his first year at Coastal to be a Co Ordinator

Stewart is currently studying for QCF award ,Level 3

 

 

 

 


Stuart Draper -Company Trainer

Stuart is the Company Trainer for all new and existing staff. He also assists with recruitment of new Carers to the teams. He has worked in Social Care for 5 years. He started as a Carer. He completed his Award in Educational Training, First Aid and Moving & Handling Trainer and most recently his Assessors qualification. He has worked for Coastal Homecare for over a year

 


Laura Blakeborough -Co Ordinator in Worthing Branch

Laura joined our Worthing Branch in 2016 as a Home carer ,She was promoted to Senior Carer in November 2017 & has recently been promoted to Co Ordinator In April 2018


Charlotte Johnson -Home First/Urgent Home Care Supervisor (Hove Branch )

Charlotte has been with Coastal Homecare since August 2014. She started with us as a care worker before becoming an on-call supervisor and now works full time as a supervisor for the Urgent Home Care and Home First services. Charlotte has been in the health and social care industry for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.

 


Jodie Kinnersley-Jodie is Home First/Urgent Home Care Co-Ordinator

Jodie is new to adult social care, having worked in a customer services role in retail beforehand. She is our care co-ordinator for the Urgent Home Care and Home First Services and has been with us for 6 months.
