Neil Kentish - Area Manager
Neil joined CHC on 20 January 2020. He is a former Home Care manager, a Care Director and a former CQC Inspector. He has particular experience within the field of quality and compliance, he has a real eye for detail and a flexibility to his duties.
Laura - Registered Manager - Brighton and Hove Branch
Laura joined Coastal Homecare in September 2016.Laura has been in working in the care industry the last 16 years, predominantly in domiciliary care Laura has worked as a care worker, Field Care Supervisor, care coordinator, trainer and now registered manager. Laura has been managing domiciliary care services since 2013.
Charlotte - Supervisor - Brighton and Hove Branch
Charlotte has been with Coastal Homecare since August 2014. She started with us as a care worker before becoming an on-call supervisor and now works full time as a supervisor for the Urgent Home Care and Home First services. Charlotte has been in the health and social care industry for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Jacqueline - Supervisor - Brighton and Hove Branch
Jacqueline has been working in the care industry for the last 30 years. She worked a Care Worker for 6 years, Care Coordinator for 10 years and for the last 14 years she have been working as a Supervisor. Jacqueline finds her role very rewarding and enjoys supporting people in the community and meeting people from all walks of life.
Jazmin Goodwin - Lead on Home First Service
Jazmin has been involved in the Health & Social care sector for the past 9 years. As well as working with the Elderly she has also much experience working with children services. She joined Coastal Homecare in 2016. Firstly as a Home Carer but has now progressed to run our Home First service.
Stewart - Coordinator - Brighton and Hove Branch
Stewart has previously been caring for family members for a number of years, Stewart joined Coastal Homecare working on the Urgent Home Care Service and gained promotion within his first year at Coastal to be a Coordinator. Stewart is currently studying for QCF award, Level 3.
Laura - Assistant Branch Manager - Worthing Branch
Laura joined Coastal Homecare – Worthing Branch in September 2016 as a Home carer. In November 2017 she was promoted to a Senior Carer before being promoted to Coordinator in April 2018. Laura background was childcare as Deputy Manager for four years before coming into domiciliary care to try something new to support her passion for care and she is currently studying towards her Diploma Level 3 in Adult care.
Claire Lewis - Coordinator - Worthing Branch
Claire joined Coastal Homecare – Worthing Branch in May 2017 as a Home carer. In October 2017 she was promoted to a Senior Carer. Claire was promoted to Care Coordinator in October 2019. Claire wanted to try something new as her background was in retail for seven years previously. Claire enjoys learning and is keen to expand her knowledge in domiciliary care
Fran Hipwood - Supervisor - Worthing Branch
Fran joined Coastal Homecare – Worthing Branch in April 2019 as a Home Carer. In July 2019 Fran was promoted to Senior Carer before being promoted to Supervisor in October 2019. Fran`s background is in care. For the last 18 years she has experienced residential, nursing and domiciliary care. Fran enjoys reading and walking in the countryside when she is not at work.
Brandon - Office Administrator - Worthing Branch
Brandon started his career in care as an Admin Assistant in 2017 to gain experience in the care industry as well as the work industry itself. He enjoys his job role as it has helped him gain the skills and experience he need along with meeting a lot of great new people. Since starting with Coastal Homecare Brandon gained a lot of important knowledge in care and to help the people in need within the community, in addition he learned day to day tasks such as ensuring the paperwork for the business is in good shape and all the carers have the things they need, taking diverse query’s and supporting them with their wishes. Brandon is currently working towards business level 2 diploma along with care certificate training to help me progress further.
Carrie - Registered Manager - Mid Sussex Branch
Carrie joined Coastal Homecare in May 2012, Carrie has worked in care for 15 years. Carrie has achieved NVQ 3 health and social care and NVQ 4 and RM award in health and social care.
Hannah - Coordinator - Mid Sussex Branch
Hannah joined Coastal Homecare in July 2019. Hannah has worked in domiciliary care for the past 7 years, she specialized in non-verbal young adults with learning disabilities and autism. Hannah has also worked for the police previously in various roles. She enjoy baking and being an avid cat mother.
Stu - Regional Trainer
Stu is the Regional Trainer for the company. He takes all new staff through the Care Certificate and refreshes existing staff to keep their skills and knowledge up to date. He delivers training sessions to other organizations via Coastal and regularly creates additional courses to help members of the team further their own learning. He started his career in care over 6 years ago whilst supporting a family member and decided to make the transition to provide professional care out in the community. This path has given him many opportunities to gain recognized qualifications and career progression. His passion is learning & development and works in partnership with the MET (Greater Brighton Metropolitan College) as an Assessor. One of his quotes “Care is an on-going education”.
