Basic Life Support
The primary skills taught in the Basic Life Support course include basic mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR. CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and involves chest compressions to help blood circulation. Training will include CPR for infants, children, and adults as different procedures must be taken for each group.
This course also covers: Defibrillation (AED) training, recovery position, chocking treatment and other first aid emergencies.
