Before your care service begins, our contract outlines a review process at the end of the first month. This allows us to assess your experience and ensure you are satisfied with your care. We will consult with you-and, if appropriate, your family-with your permission, to discuss any adjustments needed to better suit your needs.
Our Story
Coastal Homecare was formed in 2012 by Robert Anderson who had many years’ experience in Health & Social Care. In April 2013 Robert was joined by Ronnie Chatterton-Sim as a partner. Ronnie owned and managed a large domiciliary care agency in Hove. At this time, a new company was formed and traded as Coastal Homecare (Hove) Limited. Lorcan O’Murchu acquired Coastal Homecare in April 2013 and as an independent provider our focus continues to be quality care that focusses on the rights and choices of the individual.

- Strict Recruitment Process - Every team member undergoes a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check, provides a full employment history, and submits two written references.
